Refund policy

At ALITE, we are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in all our transactions. Please review our refund and return policy below to understand the terms and conditions applicable to your purchase.
1. FINAL SALE POLICY – NO REFUNDS ON SALE ITEMS
All products currently on sale are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns under any circumstances. Once an order has been placed, it cannot be canceled. Refunds will not be provided for buyer’s remorse, incorrect purchases, or changes of mind. Any exceptions to this policy are granted solely at our discretion and subject to strict conditions outlined below.
2. RETURN REQUESTS (ACCEPTED AT OUR DISCRETION)
ALITE is under no obligation to accept returns. In rare cases where a return request is approved, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be completely unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- The warranty sticker must remain fully intact and unbroken.
- The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- The cost of the original shipping (even if ""free shipping"" was offered at the time of purchase) will be deducted from any refund.
- A 5-10% processing fee (based on order value) will be deducted from the refund to cover bank transaction fees and handling costs.
ALITE reserves the right to decline any return request at its sole discretion, even if the product remains unopened.
3. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
ALITE stands by the quality of its products and will issue a replacement or refund for items that arrive damaged during shipping or contain a verified manufacturing defect.
To qualify for a replacement or refund due to damage, the customer must:
- Report the issue within seven (7) days of delivery by contacting hello@alite.cc
- Provide clear images of the damaged product, packaging, and shipping label.
- Ensure that the warranty sticker remains intact.
If the warranty sticker is removed or tampered with, the item is no longer eligible for a refund or replacement.
If a damage claim is approved, ALITE will provide one of the following resolutions:
- A replacement product (if available), or
- A refund, minus shipping and processing fees.
4. EXCHANGES FOR VERIFIED MANUFACTURING DEFECTS
If a product has a verified manufacturing defect, the customer may be eligible for an exchange.
To qualify for an exchange, the customer must:
- Contact ALITE within seven (7) days of delivery at hello@alitehub.com
- Provide proof of purchase.
- Submit clear photos or videos demonstrating the defect.
- Ensure that the warranty sticker remains intact.
If a replacement product is not available, ALITE may offer store credit of equal value at its discretion.
5. HANDLING AND PROCESSING TIME
Orders for non-preorder items typically ship within one (1) business day.
During high-demand periods, handling times may extend to up to seven (7) business days.
ALITE is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs processing.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
6. ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS FOR REFUNDS
To ensure fair processing of refund requests, we may require additional verification in certain cases.
For claims related to damaged items, missing parts, or incorrect products, the customer may be asked to provide a full unboxing video. The video must clearly show the sealed package, the unpacking process, and the contents inside.
7.NON-REFUNDABLE CASES
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
- We do not accept refund requests based on personal preferences such as color, size, or other product specifications. All relevant details are clearly displayed and specified on our website, including product pages and collections.
- If the wrong version of a product was selected during checkout, we are not obligated to issue a refund.
- We do not accept cancellations or refund requests if the customer changes their mind after placing an order, including shortly after purchase. Once an order is placed, it is considered final and enters processing.
- Refunds are not applicable if the product was damaged due to incorrect installation, misuse, or failure to follow provided instructions.
- Products that show signs of use, wear, or installation are not eligible for a refund.
- We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, postal services, or incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.
8. LEGAL AND FINAL AGREEMENT
By purchasing from ALITE, the customer acknowledges and agrees to the terms outlined in this policy. If the customer does not agree with these terms, they should not proceed with their purchase.
