FAQ

What does the nanofilm include?

When you order one nanofilm, you get a one-digit sticker. You can add the necessary symbols to the cart on website.

What happens if the nanofilm is scratched?

It is quite difficult to damage the antiradar sticker because it is attached very firmly, forming an almost inseparable bond with the license plate. Even if there are scratches, it will be very difficult for the speed camera to determine which symbol is covered.

What happens to the nanofilm after washing?

Alite nanofilm is not afraid of washing, any type of car wash. The film is almost impossible to tear off with water pressure. Therefore, be extremely careful and precise when gluing.

Is it necessary to put a film on the rear license plate of a car?

Depending on the terrain, speed cameras may be located in two directions and will record your car from both sides. We recommend gluing the film on both sides.

How many symbols are best covered with film?

The more symbols are hidden under the nanofilm, the less opportunities there are to decipher the number from the camera recording. It is recommended to cover all front and back license plates symbols.

How long will nanofilm last?

Alite film is designed for many years of use, since it is created from durable, wear-resistant materials designed to withstand difficult weather conditions, temperature changes and varying degrees of mechanical impact. The warranty period is 5 years.

What is the difference between an infrared flash and a camera flash?

Infrared light is highly focused rays that are invisible to the human eye and are different from the bright flash of a camera. It is in the infrared spectrum that automatic speed cameras operate. It is against this spectrum that nanofilm acts.

What does the camera see when using nanofilm?

The camera only sees the illuminated area where the symbols are hidden under the anti-radar stickers, which blends into the white background. Accordingly, the digital system does not recognize the number and does not record it in the database of traffic violations. There is no one to give a fine!

Does nanofilm work during the day?

The infrared beams of speed cameras work both day and night.

Why should I buy your product?

Our Alite nanofilm is manufactured in Germany and is therefore reliable and effective. All numbers and symbols comply with the national standards of each country. On the market you can find offers with a suspiciously low price - accordingly, such a film will not protect you from the eyes of a traffic cop or simply will not fit the size of your license plate.

How is Alite nanofilm installed?

Apply the sticker carefully - it bonds instantly and can't be repositioned. You can see visual instructions on our set up page.

Rhode Island 2023-Flat

Alite Nanofilm – License Plate Cover for Rhode Island 2023 Flat

The Alite Nanofilm – License Plate Cover for Rhode Island 2023 Flat is designed specifically for the state’s updated plate format, which uses a fully flat surface and refined reflective coating. This new style increases exposure to ALPR and enforcement systems, making optical shielding more relevant than ever. Alite Nanofilm provides discreet privacy using advanced micro-layered optics, performing like next-generation antiradar stickers while remaining invisible in everyday viewing.

Anti-radar stickers optimized for flat plate geometry

Flat 2023 plates offer no embossed edges, so the film must bond perfectly across the entire smooth surface. The anti-radar stickers in this collection use a flexible nanopolymer base that adheres evenly, eliminating distortions and ensuring consistent optical performance on every square millimeter of the plate.

Key advantages:

Made for 2023 Rhode Island flat plate dimensions
Works with new reflective coatings used on this plate generation
Blocks multi-angle recognition from ALPR and speed cameras

This antiradar sticker adapts to seasonal changes — humidity, snow, coastal salt, and rapid temperature shifts — maintaining a stable protective effect.

Infrared license plate cover with calibrated micro-prisms

Controlled scattering for digital camera disruption

Because the 2023 flat plates reflect IR light more uniformly than embossed plates, precision is crucial. The infrared license plate cover uses a micro-prism grid calibrated for this specific level of reflectivity, diffusing IR pulses into scattered patterns that automated systems cannot process cleanly.

Each number plate film is engineered to handle abrasion and chemical exposure from road salts and winter treatments common across the state.

License plate hider sticker for clean, modern aesthetics

The license plate hider sticker installs seamlessly on the smooth 2023 plate surface. No bubbles, no haze — just a clear finish that preserves the plate’s crisp graphic design while providing optical interference to scanning devices.

Why Rhode Island drivers prefer Alite Nanofilm:

Perfect transparency under natural light
No added thickness or visible tint
Quick removal without adhesive residue

The ultra-thin structure enhances privacy but leaves the plate looking completely original, honoring the minimalist style of the 2023 state redesign.

Camera blocking license plate cover tuned for flat-state plates

Modern protection for an increasingly monitored environment

The camera blocking license plate cover integrates fully with the new Rhode Island plate proportions, ensuring edge-to-edge protection. Its passive optical structure acts as a license plate blocker, reducing the clarity of captured characters in ALPR systems while preserving human readability.

Because flat plates reflect more light directly into sensors, this film’s directional-scatter technology becomes especially valuable. It introduces micro-distortions that cameras cannot correct, preventing accurate digital capture without affecting the plate’s normal appearance.

The Alite Nanofilm – License Plate Cover for Rhode Island 2023 Flat is the ideal solution for drivers who want effective, invisible protection tailored to the newest state plate standards. Clean, advanced, and built for the camera-heavy modern road environment — it is optical privacy for the next generation of Rhode Island drivers.
